At the conclusion of this three-part training series:

Attendees will leave having a better understanding of their roles, tasks, and what is and isn’t their responsibility. In addition, attendees will be able to identify strategies to increase board member engagement. This training is ideal for executive directors, their board members, and those looking to join a nonprofit board.

What's her niche? Building nonprofits up. From the inside out. A Montana native, Kari is based in Coeur d’Alene, ID and Jackson, WY. She brings the office and toolkit to her client, and works with nonprofits to support people, increase revenues and rethink strategies to move missions forward. Kari's service as both a nonprofit staffer and board member allows her a unique perspective and a different lens to look through while providing coaching and consulting services. She's passionate about efficient board work, organizational transparency, and ensuring that board and staff have fun doing mission-oriented work - together.
