Objectives of this five-part training series:

Attendees will join nonprofit leaders from diverse organizations across the state of Idaho to expand leadership skills. It will be packed with learning opportunities, peer bonding, and other leadership growth opportunities.

Increase your leadership capability to better serve your mission, team-members, volunteers, clients, and community.
Leave the program equipped with team leadership best practices, mindsets, and skills to increase your confidence and leadership effectiveness.
Strengthen relationships and connections among nonprofit leader participants across the state.

About the Speaker

Steve Robertson

Steve Robertson, Ph.D. is an experienced nonprofit and a leadership development expert with more than 14 years of experience. He has designed and delivered programs for leaders at every level. Steve has worked with Hewlett Packard, St. Luke’s Health System, served on the board of the Professional Coaching Association of Idaho, and taught leadership in Boise State University’s MBA program. In addition to his training expertise, Steve brings relatable nonprofit leadership experience as the former Chief People Officer (CHRO) and board member at Idaho Youth Ranch.
